Important Terms & Conditions

Vaccinations

We require an up-to-date vaccination card. For dogs, proof of Kennel Cough vaccine is essential (must be given at least 14 days before stay).

We only board animals in good health to protect all our guests.

Payments

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure any booking. This can be paid via our wizard or bank transfer.

Remaining balance is due on drop-off (Cash or Transfer).

Times & Health

Drop-off and collection between 10:00 – 18:00 (Daycare from 08:00). Late arrivals/collections incur stay charges.

Emergency vet liaison is handled immediately if your pet falls ill during their stay.
